It&#8217;s the small control panel for the extension \u2013 sign in, see your plan and AI credits, switch \/ sync Upwork profiles, launch a queued Auto Bid run and jump into your Upwex dashboard.<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"\/wp-content\/uploads\/help\/ss-ext-01-popup-overview.png\" alt=\"Upwex extension popup \u2013 UPWEX header logo, signed-in user card with avatar, name, email, plan and trial badge, AI Credits usage bar, Analytics button, Upwork Profile section with Sync and Manual buttons, Settings button, footer with Help Center link and version\" \/><\/p>\n<h2>Signed-out state \u2013 Auth card<\/h2>\n<p>When you&#8217;re not signed in, the popup shows a single <strong>Welcome to Upwex<\/strong> card with a <strong>Sign In<\/strong> button (<em>Free account required<\/em>). The button opens <code>account.upwex.io\/login<\/code> in a new tab \u2013 see the <em>Install the Chrome extension<\/em> article for the full sign-in flow.<\/p>\n<h2>Signed-in state \u2013 User card<\/h2>\n<p>Once you&#8217;re signed in, the auth card is replaced by a user card with:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Avatar, name, email<\/strong> from your Upwex account<\/li>\n<li><strong>Plan badge<\/strong> \u2013 shows your current plan (<strong>Lite<\/strong>, <strong>Pro<\/strong> or <strong>Max<\/strong>)<\/li>\n<li><strong>Trial badge<\/strong> \u2013 appears while your free trial is active and shows the remaining days (e.g. <code>TRIAL: 5 days left<\/code>). Once the trial ends, the badge changes to the plan badge of whatever plan you picked.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>AI Credits progress bar<\/h2>\n<p>Right under the user info there&#8217;s a horizontal bar with the label <strong>AI Credits<\/strong> and the count <code>used \/ total<\/code>. The fill colour reflects how close you are to the cap:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Green<\/strong> \u2013 under 80% used<\/li>\n<li><strong>Yellow<\/strong> \u2013 at or above 80% used (heads-up that you&#8217;re close to running out)<\/li>\n<li><strong>Red<\/strong> \u2013 credits are exhausted; you&#8217;ll need to top up or upgrade<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>Ready to Launch hero card<\/h2>\n<p>When Auto Bid is in the <em>Almost there\u2026<\/em> state \u2013 meaning you&#8217;ve clicked <strong>Confirm &amp; Continue<\/strong> in the widget on an Upwork search page but haven&#8217;t yet launched the run \u2013 a green <strong>Ready to Launch<\/strong> hero card appears at the top of the popup, above the user card.<\/p>\n<p>The card shows a pulsing lightning bolt icon, the title <em>Ready to Launch<\/em>, the active Upwork profile name underneath, and a green <strong>Start Auto-Bid<\/strong> button. Click the button to attach the tab capture keepalive to the search tab and start scanning. The popup closes automatically and the widget on the Upwork page transitions to the running state.<\/p>\n<p>If no Auto Bid run is queued, the hero card is hidden \u2013 the popup just shows the user card, Analytics button and profile section as usual.<\/p>\n<h2>Analytics button<\/h2>\n<p>Opens your Upwex dashboard at <code>account.upwex.io\/dashboard<\/code> in a new tab \u2013 shortcut to your bidding analytics without navigating through the address bar.<\/p>\n<h2>Upwork Profile section<\/h2>\n<p>This card lists your synced Upwork profiles and lets you keep them current:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Profile dropdown<\/strong> \u2013 click the selected profile to expand the list of synced profiles and switch the active one. The selected profile is what Upwex uses for cover letters and Auto Bid.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Sync<\/strong> \u2013 pulls the latest data for the currently active profile (Upwex opens your profile page in the background and re-reads it).<\/li>\n<li><strong>Manual<\/strong> \u2013 toggles a URL field where you can paste any Upwork freelancer URL (<code>https:\/\/www.upwork.com\/freelancers\/~...<\/code>) to sync that profile.
