The Auto-Bidding<\/strong> dashboard is where you check how Auto Bid is actually performing \u2013 not just whether it’s running. Open account.upwex.io\/auto-bidding<\/a>.<\/p>\n

The header \u2013 period and user filters<\/h2>\n

  • Current Week \/ Last Week \/ Current Month \/ Last Month<\/strong> \u2013 preset windows for stats and the table.<\/li>\n
  • Start date \u2192 End date<\/strong> \u2013 custom range picker.<\/li>\n
  • User picker<\/strong> (people icon) \u2013 Owners and Admins of a team can scope everything to a specific teammate.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    Four stat cards<\/h2>\n

    Big numbers at the top, summarising the selected period \u2013 your Auto Bid funnel from scan to reply:<\/p>\n

    • Jobs Scanned<\/strong> \u2013 total jobs Auto Bid opened and read.<\/li>\n
    • Matched<\/strong> \u2013 jobs that passed your filters and were queued for proposal generation. Pipeline stage, not a final state.<\/li>\n
    • Proposals Sent<\/strong> \u2013 proposals successfully submitted on Upwork.<\/li>\n
    • Replies<\/strong> \u2013 replies received from clients on those submissions; synced from Upwork in the background.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

      The funnel reads left-to-right: Scanned \u2192 Matched \u2192 Proposals Sent \u2192 Replies. Each number should be smaller than the previous one.<\/p>\n

      Job Activity table<\/h2>\n

      Below the cards \u2013 every job Auto Bid touched, newest first. Columns:<\/p>\n

      • JOB<\/strong> \u2013 the job title.<\/li>\n
      • STATUS<\/strong> \u2013 colored status badge (Submitted, Rejected, Skipped, Failed, Matched, Scanned). See Understanding Auto Bid statuses<\/em> for what each means.<\/li>\n
      • SCORE<\/strong> \u2013 Match Score 0\u2013100, color-coded. Jobs that didn’t reach scoring show \u2013<\/code>.<\/li>\n
      • DATE<\/strong> \u2013 when Auto Bid touched the job.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

        Three filter tabs above the table:<\/p>\n

        • All<\/strong> \u2013 every status, no filtering.<\/li>\n
        • Submitted<\/strong> \u2013 only jobs with status submitted<\/code>.<\/li>\n
        • Skipped<\/strong> \u2013 everything that didn’t<\/em> result in a submission. Bundles rejected<\/code>, skipped<\/code>, failed<\/code>, matched<\/code> and scanned<\/code> together so you can audit why jobs didn’t get bid on.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

          Click any row to open a full-screen overlay with the full audit trail for that job. The header shows the job title, the status badge, the Match Score (e.g. 0\/100<\/em>), arrows \u2190 \/ \u2192 to step through jobs without closing, a View on Upwork<\/strong> link, and a \u00d7 to close.<\/p>\n

          A vertical timeline showing each step the job went through with its timestamp (Scanned at HH:MM, Rejected by AI, Submitted, etc.). For Rejected\/Failed\/Skipped jobs, a Reason<\/strong> block underneath explains why in plain English (e.g. “Rejected: The job is for a MySQL Database Engineer, which is clearly outside your field as a Frontend Developer”).<\/p>\n

          Full job description as Upwork showed it: overview text, required skills and expertise, application requirements, project duration and experience level. Below that, Other Open Jobs (N)<\/strong> \u2013 a list of the client’s other currently-open postings, useful for spotting bigger opportunities.<\/p>\n

          AI Analysis<\/h3>\n

          How AI evaluated this specific job:<\/p>\n

          • SKIP \/ SUBMIT badge + score<\/strong> \u2013 AI’s verdict and the numeric Match Score.<\/li>\n
          • Reasoning<\/strong> \u2013 one-sentence explanation of why AI made that call.<\/li>\n
          • Skills Match (X%)<\/strong> \u2013 required skills from the job posting tagged green\/red depending on whether they overlap with your synced profile.<\/li>\n
          • Match Criteria<\/strong> \u2013 your Match Algorithm rules, evaluated one by one with a Pass<\/em> or Fail<\/em> badge and a short justification on each.<\/li>\n
          • Client Assessment<\/strong> \u2013 risk level (low \/ medium \/ high) with a short rationale based on the client’s payment verification, history and stats.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

            How to read the dashboard<\/h2>\n
              \n
            • Matched vs Proposals Sent gap<\/strong> \u2013 should be tiny. A big gap means submissions are failing often; open the Skipped tab and look for Failed<\/em> rows to see why (out of credits, out of connects, rate limit).<\/li>\n
            • Skipped:Scanned ratio<\/strong> \u2013 most Scanned jobs ending in Skipped\/Rejected is healthy; that’s your filters doing their job. If everything is rejected, your rules are too strict.<\/li>\n
            • Replies vs Proposals Sent<\/strong> \u2013 the only number that actually pays. If reply rate is low despite many submissions, the problem is in the cover letter template, not in Auto Bid. See Tracking Reply Rates & best practices<\/em>.<\/li>\n
