Upwork freelancer profile. The first column groups together avatar, display name, and email. The remaining seven columns are the core bidding KPIs.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Profile<\/strong> \u2013 circular avatar (initials if no profile picture is available), name, email below in a smaller grey font. Picked up automatically when the profile is synced via the Chrome extension.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Proposals<\/strong> \u2013 total proposals submitted on Upwork from this profile in the selected period.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Replies<\/strong> \u2013 replies received from clients on this profile.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Reply %<\/strong> \u2013 Replies \u00f7 Proposals. It uses the same Reply % colouring rules, so at a glance you can tell whether the agency as a whole is performing well even if individual rows look uneven.<\/p>\n<h2>Filters<\/h2>\n<p>The panel header has two filter blocks.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Period chips<\/strong> \u2013 <em>Current Week<\/em>, <em>Last Week<\/em>, <em>Current Month<\/em>, <em>Last Month<\/em>, plus an extra <em>All Time<\/em> chip that other panels don&#8217;t have. <em>All Time<\/em> is useful for evaluating profiles you joined the team with months ago.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Date range picker<\/strong> \u2013 <em>Start date \u2192 End date<\/em>. Picking a custom range overrides the chip selection.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>This panel is the only one on the Dashboard <strong>without<\/strong> a member picker \u2013 that&#8217;s by design. The whole point of the table is to compare profiles side by side, so filtering to a single profile would defeat it.<\/p>\n<h2>How to use it as a manager<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Spot underperformers fast<\/strong> \u2013 sort the team mentally by the Reply % column. A red cell on someone with high Proposals usually means their cover-letter prompt or matching threshold needs attention.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Connects budget control<\/strong> \u2013 the Connects column shows who&#8217;s spending the team&#8217;s connects most aggressively. Pair it with Reply % to decide whether the spend is justified.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Onboarding ramp<\/strong> \u2013 new freelancers should show a rising trend in Invites and Replies as their profile gains traction. Toggle the panel to <em>Last Week<\/em> vs <em>Current Week<\/em> to compare two equal-length recent windows.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Inbound vs outbound mix<\/strong> \u2013 high Invites + DM relative to Proposals on a profile means clients are coming to that person organically. Worth looking at what their profile content does differently.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>Empty state<\/h2>\n<p>If you haven&#8217;t synced any Upwork profiles into Upwex yet, the panel renders an empty state with an inbox icon and a &#8220;No data&#8221; caption. Sync at least one profile via the popup&#8217;s <strong>Sync<\/strong> button (or the Profile Sync widget on Upwork) and the table will populate at the next dashboard load.<\/p>\n<h2>Where the numbers come from<\/h2>\n<p>Every metric in this table is calculated by Upwex&#8217;s analytics service from the events the Chrome extension records as your team bids.
