Yes, it does renew automatically.

You can suspend it anytime from your dashboard of course.

Where can I manage my subscriptions?

Log into our dashboard and manage all licenses from there. (Must be Admin or owner of the account).

The subscription is per seat or per company?

You subscribe and purchase the number of licenses (seats) as the number of your team.

The licenses can be assigned to your teammates by the admin (a license can be reassigned to other team members and moved from one to another).

Can members of my team pay for the subscription?

Yes. This can be done in your dashboard.

Can I manage my company's Upwex account without using my Upwex paid license?

Sure! Upwex admins are not necessarily Upwex paid users. Select the number of licenses you want to pay for and assign them to your teammates who will actually use Upwex on the Team page.

I've purchased more than 1 license. How do I add these new users to our plan?

Once you have purchased your licenses, invite your other users to connect and download the extension here and log into it with the email.

Can I cancel my subscription at any time?

Yes, you are free to cancel your subscription anytime.
